By deleting your YouthAlly account, you are initiating a permanent data erasure process. All your educational roadmaps, personalized preferences, logs, files, and profile details will be immediately and permanently removed from our active databases in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

What data will be permanently deleted?

  • Your primary user profile data, educational records, and preferences.
  • Your course progression, activities, notes, and bookmark histories.
  • Any files uploaded to your Document Vault.

What data is anonymized?

  • Your support tickets and feedback suggestions are kept for quality control but are completely detached from your identity (anonymized).
